I lost weight.. 2-3kg after 1-2weeks fasting ! how sweet ...sweet hape lak loose weight?? hehe. Accidentally checked our weight on the scaling machine. N quite surprise + hepi that time...
wpun 2-3kg kan.. it means a lot.. sbb jeans / pants /kurung moden senang jer masuk. kurung moden pn rs loose. haha. i like. sama lah masa pas give birth 2-3kg tu lah menentukan aku dpt muat dress masa bertunang tak... byk beza kan? it is like we lost about 2-3inches of our waist or torso area. n same goes to our tight...
BUT then..... to MAINTAIN WEIGHT... tu yg payah. before ni aku tak sedar bila..tau2 mostly jeans /pants jd ketat.. kat baju tak rs byk beza.. berat naik w/o observing!!!
so this is my plan, so far for this week success. yg masa raya tu tolak tepi.
1. breakfast - nasi + telur. or bread + telur. or bread tuna + telur. mee grg. wantan sup. >> menu akan diubah2. perhaps burger + salad.
2. lunch - sayur shj . but ini boleh pakai kalau aku tak keluar lunch..n lunch d cafe shj. sbb cafe kat cni ok2 choice sayur dia..n tak overcooked.
3.dinner -more fruits - apple / fruits. light dinner.. nasi + ayam or fish dlm qty sederhana.
kira nya kat cni.... i eat more utk bfast...sbb aku pun mmg bfast person..tak senang duduk tak mkn. n memandangkan sayur2 kat cafe sini aku rs ok.. i emphasize myself to consume vege for lunch..as much or as varities as possible.
One more.. my eye sight makin teruk...baru je tuka lens spec degree... dh kabur2. same goes dgn c.lens aku yg guna degree baru 3.25 each. aku rs i need to bring veges as snack aku kt ofis..bawak salad/timun/ carrot rebus byk2 yg di tabur lada + majerin + pinch of salt. carrot byk2 mkn smp rasa nak muntah... hahaha..tak pun jd jus carrot
i need to put more efforts on healthy foods consumption. means kena rajin lebih ah. prepare all those be4 hari bekerja.
So that's it!! BEAR IN MIND - loose weight is one thing, to SUSTAIN WEIGHT MORE EFFORTS needed.
ALL ABOVE DIET ... not so applicable for weekends! sbb aku nk mkn sedap2 weekend with hubby n fmly ..sedap to my tekak lah hokey... pizza mcd.. kfck..dimsum ker.. cakes... ape2 yg sedaplah!
N... aku tak bercita2 jd lebih kurus.. I'm ok with my current weight. tak nak kurus sgt... :)..
