i want to relate about personal touch....in working relationship
what I meant here is:
1. Empathy - leader patut ada ciri2 empathy towards employees situation. eg; if i'm sick, I expect you to understand and delegate my job to others. to me, I cannot be a good leader without this attributes.
actually i'm bit angry and sensitive. can you imagine I've told some1 i'm sick, yet.. he keeps pestering on job as if I can work and remember everything in my head. I was totally down with fever and red eyes and hardly woke from my bed. wuhuuu... I've informed and yet u keep giving me the push. what the????
and despite my not so well, I still came to office. then, u don't even asked how I am. but straight talking about work. do u think I am robots with no feelings?
marah haku... not showing concern at all.
then lastly my big boss told me to go home when he saw my red eyes. ! at least, there you go! you should act like one .
I know we all got dozens unfinished job, but I didn't wish to get sick. erggh!!!
please keep in mind that empathy word. empathy and personal touch. macam la aku tiap2 bulan mc????
